Please Protect your four legged family members!!!
The Minnesota Board of Animal Health just released information on the most recent documented Rabies positive animals. There have been 6 documented cases so far this year, including one heifer, one cat, one fox, and three skunks. In Minnesota, the primary wildlife potentially carrying rabies are skunks and bats. The risk of exposure to rabid wild life increases in the warmer months, especially in the summer. For their protection and yours, please vaccinate your cats and dogs!!!
As always, give us a call with any questions or concerns. Elm Creek Animal Hospital and its staff truly cares about your well being and that of your furry friends.
